Information about the polls on this graph

Full question: Since 2016 the Scottish government has had the power to set the income tax rate and bands in Scotland and the Scottish and Westminster governments have made different decisions about increasing tax bands. As a result the higher rate tax band in Scotland is now different to that in England and Wales. In England and Wales people start paying the 40% rate of income tax on income over £45,000, in Scotland people start paying the 40% rate on income over £43,000. And more specifically, do you support or oppose Scotland charging the 40% rate of tax for those earning £43,000, rather than £45,000?
