Full question wording

The UK government recently published the “UK Internal Market Bill” which sets out what will to happen to powers formerly held in the European Union, and how trade between the four nations of the UK will work after the transition period ends at the end of 2020 and the UK formally leaves the EU single market. The UK government says the Bill means that “scores of new responsibilities will flow to Holyrood” (the Scottish Parliament), while the Scottish government says the Bill is a “power grab” by the UK government on responsibilities held by the Scottish parliament.
