As you may know, the leaders of all three main Westminster political parties, David Cameron, Ed Miliband and Nick Clegg, have promised to give the Scottish government new powers over setting income tax and other measures if Scotland votes No to independence in the referendum on the 18th September. Do you trust that these new powers will be delivered, as promised?
