Information about the polls on this graph

Full question: Alex Salmond recently launched a new political party called Alba, which like many other parties in Scotland will contest only seats on the regional list. Some opponents have described this as “cheating” because under the Scottish Parliament electoral system it may result in a proportion of pro-independence MSPs which is greater than the proportion of independence supporters in the general population. Others say that in a democracy it’s up to voters to decide who they vote for, and that since there are multiple pro-Union parties standing, multiple pro-independence parties should also be allowed. Which of these is closest to your opinion? It’s up to voters to decide who to vote for under the existing rules of the electoral system/ It’s cheating to have multiple pro-independence parties standing in the election.
